[Threnody for Innocence]

So I have to say, very well done.
For a >5min song, you were very much able to captivate my very short attention span and keep me hooked, despite the length of it.
I really loved how you brought out various emotions throughout the span of the song.
Keep it up, and keep making amazing things~!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that close to 9 minutes is way too long for most people to pay attention to. But we tried to keep the track both varied and interesting.
And this composition is all about the emotions, both the darker and the brighter ones. The production is not at a super high level, even though I tried to keep it dynamic, I just ain't good enough at balancing and mixing yet, especially not when in a hurry.
But indeed, the focus lies on the structure and the compositional value :D

Thanks a lot for the awesome review! Your latest track is really cool, btw. I'mma go leave a short appreciation for it now, hehhe XD

Firstly, I was very impressed by this track when you first submitted it! It definitely takes a lot of inspiration from many sources and I feel like you did a very good job with putting together a song from these many different influences!

I'm very honored that you wrote this song for me, and I'm very happy that you won the competition with it~! <3

I'm certainly keeping this in my library for listening on my iPod~!
