Needs to be worked on. You got a theme there, but the song is way too unrefined.
That and it really needs a compressor on it to keep that volume down.

Either way, the song isn't bad at all. Although it's not quite as good as your other songs, and gets a little repetitive. But then I'm not too familiar with the genre of House in general.
I think you should complete this. It'll be great.

Pretty good for the second week of FL though. But the lead synth gets a little annoying. I think maybe mix it a little differently?

This works as an ambience.

And it should probably submitted in the ambience category. I don't see this song fitting a sad theme. That and it's a little lacking in the melody area.

It's a nice concept that you have there.
The one thing that I do have to say, is that the guitars were way too subdued there. You could barely hear them. I think you have to bring them out a little more. Raise the volume on their midband a little and a bunch more on the low band. I think that'll give better results.
